Tell us the item, the quantity and the destination country. A photo, a model reference or a link is enough to start.

Specification confirmation
We confirm the exact model, material, dimensions and packing with the supplier, then send it back to you in writing before any price is agreed.

Sample or production photos
Where a sample is available we quote it with freight; otherwise we send current production photos and the packing details.

Order & pre-shipment check
You receive a proforma invoice with the confirmed specification. Goods are checked against that specification before they leave.

Shipping & documents
Export cartons, invoice and packing list. FOB Shenzhen or EXW, confirmed per order — collection point, loading and export arrangements included.

Ask a questionWhat is your minimum order quantity?
Standard models start at 500 pcs per model. Quantities are confirmed per item before the order — mixed models can usually be combined in one shipment.
Can you change the design, dimensions or hole pattern?
No. We supply the existing models as they are produced. We do not open new moulds and we do not modify structure, dimensions or mounting holes.
Can you put our brand on the product?
On selected products, yes — a printed or dome label with your logo. This depends on the supplier and on order quantity, so it is confirmed per product before quoting. It is not available on every item.
How do I know the specification is correct?
Every quotation states the model, material, dimensions and packing we have confirmed with the supplier. If a figure is not confirmed yet, the quotation says so instead of guessing.
Do you supply samples?
Where a sample is available we send it with freight charged at cost. Sample availability differs by item and is confirmed when you enquire.
What trade terms do you offer?
EXW and FOB Shenzhen options can be discussed according to product requirements, order quantity and shipping arrangements.
How do you pack and ship?
Export cartons with an invoice and a packing list, shipped FOB Shenzhen or collected EXW. Packing quantities are confirmed per model. Freight and insurance are arranged by your forwarder.
Do you sell to end users?
No. We supply distributors, importers, installers and systems integrators. Orders below the MOQ are not accepted.
